Multiplayer for Minecraft PE is created by Innovative Devs. It costs $2.99 and is available on the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
This is the first and only app on the App Store which lets you play Minecraft PE online with people that aren’t close to you. In order to use this application you need the free or paid version of Minecraft PE.
Multiplayer for Minecraft PE gives you the necessary tools to either create your own server or join someone else’s. The server list shows servers which other people have created.
Simply find a server you want to join and select it. Once you join a server you have to double tap the home button, switch to Minecraft PE, and then select “Join Server.” Basically what the app does is it bridges people over the internet together to trick Minecraft PE into thinking they are all on the same Wi-Fi network.
This app also supports 3G/4G/LTE and Bluetooth connections. Not to mention that it even has a free in game voice chat. Server hosts can kick users and even ban griefers.
The Good:
Multiplayer for Minecraft PE finally lets you experience Minecraft PE like it was supposed to be experienced. Who wants to just play by themselves all day? For a limited time it even lets you chat with other people for free. What more could a Minecraft PE fanatic wants?
The Bad:
All servers are dependent on the internet speed the server hosts have. It might take a while to find a reliable host.
Conclusion:
If you own Minecraft PE then you need to download Multiplayer for Minecraft PE as well. These applications simply go hand in hand. I can’t imagine having one without the other, and after you give this app a try, you’ll feel the same way.
