You can’t seem to start your ipod no matter what you do. You’ve tried pressing and holding all the buttons and tapping everywhere on the screen, and yet the screen remains blank. What do you do now?
1)Try a soft reset – press and hold power button until “slide to power off” appears on the screen, then slide to turn off. Once device is off, press sleep/wake button to turn back on.
2)If problem still persists, try doing a hard reset or a forced reboot: Hold sleep/wake button and home button together until the screen goes black and then the Apple logo appears.
3)If neither of the above works, then perhaps your device is too low in battery to even start. Charge your device up and try powering it up again.
Hopefully one of the above has helped you to fix the problem. Let me know whether it has in the comments please!
