Emoji 😉 is an app created by Emoji+. It costs $.99 and is available on the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
Functionality:
After enabling Emoji characters on your phone through the instructions given, you can start to use an assortment of Emoji combinations. The combinations created by Emoji 😉 include text and symbols made out of Emoji characters.
Here’s an example (without the Emoji characters) of how these combinations look:
There are many different Emoji combination categories including Animals, Flowers, Food, Greetings, Life, Weather and much more. Emoji 😉 comes with over 3,500 Emoji combinations, and more can be purchased for an in-app purchase of $.99.
Emoji 😉 also comes with a handful of Emoji images. You can see an example of these images below:
Not to mention that Emoji 😉 also has an interesting font generator. You can see some of these fonts in the image above.
The Good:
Emoji 😉 even lets you create your own Emoji words or Emoji art using Emoji characters. All of the Emoji words and symbols generated by this app can also be sent directly via text messages to your friends.
The Bad:
To use all of the fonts in the font generator you have to purchase them for $.99. Also this app has an average of 2 stars by over 1,200 users.
The three most app reviews in iTunes are 5 stars though. So this indicates that Emoji 😉 may have been bad in the past, but has greatly improved.
Conclusion:
I’m using this app just for the cool font generator. If you think you will use the Emoji combinations/font generator enough to make this $.99 app worth it, and then go for it. I think it’s worth it, and I enjoy using it when texting or tweeting.
