This tab comes with 75+ workouts broken down by skill level and workout types. Here you’ll find workout plans for weightlifting, ketttlebells, resistance bands, sports conditioning and much more.
You can also create your own workout by combining the huge library of exercises into your customized plan. These workouts that you create can be shared with friends as well.
Fitness Buddy has a music player and also supports other background apps such as Pandora. Some extra features it has include weight tracking, body metrics tracking, blood pressure tracking and instant heart rate tracking.
The Good:
Fitness Buddy has over 5,500 reviews that average out to be 4 ½ stars. The developer of this app, Azumio, is also the developer of Instant Heart Rate; an app which measures your heart rate through the front camera of your device. This heart rate app has been demoed by the DR OZ show and is used by 20 million users around the world.
Everything Azumio has created in the past has been of high quality, and Fitness Buddy is no different. The images and video library it has is both immense and HD. And the functionality of Fitness Buddy is perfect.
The Bad:
This app runs exactly as it should. While using it I was not able to find any glitches or shortcomings.
Conclusion:
It’s impossible to remember all of the exercises Fitness Buddy has in its database. So you might as well use it to help yourself remember proper form and to plan workouts. $7.99 is not a lot of money when you compare it with the value and time Fitness Buddy saves its users.
